Return and Refund Policy

At Cathangey Creations, all sales are final once an order is placed, and returns are generally not accepted. however, if you receive an item that is damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part you may report the issue with in 24 hours of delivery. please email us at {Cathren@CathangeyCreations.com} including photos/and or videos as proof of the damage or mistake. 

we  do offer exchange for such items, but you will be resposible  for the cost of the return shipping label. exchange must be initiated within 14 business days of receiving your order. we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve andy issues.
